Order Number

Your order number can be found on the Collections page. When logged into SoundsBox, the Collections page can be reached by a link in the top right corner of the page.

On the Collections page, you can view all your previous orders.

Find the order that you wish to download and use its number in the download program.

Logging In

Run the SoundsBox downloader. Enter your email address, password and order number. The Downloader will authenticate your account.

If you check 'Remember Login Information', a file will be created in the same directory as the SoundsBox downloader that will store your login information.

If you check 'Use Safe Mode', your music will be downloaded to the 'My Music' directory in the same directory as the SoundsBox downloader. If you do not check 'Use Safe Mode', you will be prompted to choose a directory to save your music into.

Choosing a Directory

If you checked 'Use Safe Mode' in the previous step, you can skip this step. If you did not check 'Use Safe Mode', a file browser will appear, navigate to the directory where you would like to save your music and click on "save".
